Notice of Operation System of CUPNOODLES MUSEUM [Updated Dec.26 2022]

In order to prevent the spread of covid-19, the CUPNOODLES MUSEUM is operated after taking measures to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus infection in accordance with the “Guidelines for the Prevention of the Spread of the New Coronavirus Infection in Museums” set by the Japanese Association of Museum.
In order to thoroughly implement safety measures for visitors and staff, we are implementing changes to the admission method, restrictions on the number of visitors, suspension of some attractions, and restrictions on the number of visitors at the same time, so we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and ask for your kind understanding and cooperation.

【The Number tickets on the day】
You can get the Number tickets on the day at the reception desk of CUPNOODLES MUSEUM OSAKA IKEDA only if the limited number of visitors at each time zone is not reached.
On the sales status of the Number tickets on the day, please refer to the “Availability” on our website.

* The Number tickets on the day are available on a first come, first served basis.
* Please note that once the limited number has been reached on the day, the reception on the day closes.

Chicken Ramen Factory
Participation fee: Elementary school children: 600 yen (tax included)
Junior high school and up: 1,000 yen (tax included)
Length of time: 90 minutes
Schedule: 9:30 / 11:00 / 13:15 / 14:45

Chicken Ramen Factory is based on reservations before you visit.
Reservations for up to 20 persons can be made by our website or telephone from 10:00, up to three months prior to the desired date.
Reservations for groups of 21 persons or more (group reservations) are accepted only by telephone.

*Reservations for one visitor only cannot be accepted.
*All participants are over the age of elementary school students (over 6 years old)
*Preschoolers are not allowed to participate in the Factory.
*Only participants are allowed to enter the Factory.
*Participants work in pairs. For your safety, First, second, and third graders of elementary school (age of 6,7,8) are required to work with someone of junior high school age or older.
*Please come to the reception desk at least 10 minutes before your experience time. If you are late for your experience time, you will not be able to participate in the Chicken Ramen Factory.
*On the day of the experience, please pay the participation fee in cash at the reception desk on the 1st floor of the museum.

■Efforts to prevent the spread of covid-19
・Our staff members are wearing masks and check temperature before starting to work.
・Alcohol-based sanitizers are installed in all places of the Museum.
・Implemented splash prevention measures at the cash register of the Museum Shop, the topping counter of My CUPNOODLES Factory, etc.
・Thorough cleaning, disinfection, and ventilation in the Museum
・Stop using hand dryers installed in rest rooms
・Suspension of lending service of audio guides, wheelchairs, etc.

■Requests to visitors
・If you have symptoms such as fever of 37.5 ℃ or higher, cough, sore throat, those who have had close contact with people who are tested positive for covid-19, and those who have visited countries or regions where the infection has continued to spread within the past two weeks, please refrain from entering.
・Please cooperate with hand washing and disinfection.
・Please wear a mask when entering the Museum.
・Please keep social distancing with other visitors in the Museum and waiting line.
