The Cupnoodles Museum Yokohama will be closed for facility maintenance from Monday, December 30, 2024, to Friday, January 31, 2025. During the closure, the “General Information Hotline” and “Reservation Hotline” telephone service will also be unavailable. 

Regarding new reservations for the Chicken Ramen Factory experience and new reservations or changes for group visits (21 persons or more), reservations for the period of Sunday, March 30, 2025, through Thursday, May 1, 2025, will be accepted beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 1, 2025.

※Reservations, changes and cancellations for the Chicken Ramen Factory experience before Saturday, March 29, 2025, can be made online.
