About the Museum
No reservation is needed for admission. Please purchase your admission ticket at the reception desk upon arrival.
However, reservations are required for activities at Chicken Ramen Factory and My CUPNOODLES Factory.

Admission is 500 yen (including tax) for adults, and free for high school students and younger.
About Chicken Ramen Factory
Reservations can be made online or by phone.
To make a reservation by phone, please call 045-345-0825 (available from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., except on museum holidays).
Reservations for groups (21 persons or more) are only available by phone.
Cancellations can be made online or by phone.
To cancel by phone, please call 045-345-0825 (available from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., except on museum holidays).
Participants must be elementary school students or older.
Please note that 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-grade elementary school students are required to partner with someone who is at least a junior high school student. Participation is limited to pairs, so please apply with an even number of participants.
Solo participation is not permitted.
Payment for activities at the Chicken Ramen Factory is accepted at the reception counter located on the 3rd floor of the CUPNOODLES MUSEUM YOKOHAMA. Advance payments are not available.
The participation fee is 1,000 yen for junior high school students and above, and 600 yen for elementary school students, including tax.
Payment can be made by cash, credit card, or electronic money. However, some methods may not be available. Please kindly confirm at the reception counter.
Additionally, a museum admission fee of 500 yen (including tax) is required (free for high school students and younger).
About My CUPNOODLES Factory
You can purchase an online package called the “Admission Ticket with My CUPNOODLES Factory Voucher,” which includes museum admission and a reserved time slot for entry to My CUPNOODLES Factory.
The voucher is available for purchase online until 12:00 a.m. the day before your preferred visit date. Sales end once the tickets are sold out.
Please note that changes to the date, number of participants, or ticket type are not permitted after purchase. If changes are necessary, please kindly cancel your original ticket and purchase a new one.
