The Cupnoodles Museum Yokohama will be closed for facility maintenance from Tuesday, December 30, 2025, to Friday, January 30, 2026. During the closure, the “General Information Hotline” and “Reservation Hotline” telephone service will also be unavailable. 

Regarding new reservations for the Chicken Ramen Factory experience and new reservations or changes for group visits (21 persons or more), reservations for the period of Monday, March 30, 2026, through Thursday, April 30, 2026, will be accepted beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 31, 2026.

※Reservations, changes and cancellations for the Chicken Ramen Factory experience before Sunday, March 29, 2026, can be made online.
